About us
We are a small company located in Southern Oregon. We would like to keep the friendliness found in our area, by people and businesses, even over the internet. We feel everyone deserves to be treated with friendliness and respect. As a small company, we can offer some things a large corporation cannot, such as a personal touch. There are no claims of unlimited bandwidth and we don't need a call center to do our customer service for us. We pride ourselves for being honest and helpful.
We want to keep all of our customers happy with our service no matter what their knowledge level is. The user who is already familiar with the internet and how to develop websites will find our user interface for Linux quite customizable with the use of Virtualmin. The interface offers powerful control over their domain(s), module functions, ftp and email accounts. Our Windows server(s) are set up to use virtual directories for the development of .NET/ASP/PHP websites. Front Page or Web Expressions (among others) interface will control the domain.
People who are not familiar with the technical side, and just want their site to be up, can count on the fact that we can do most functions for them or walk them through it. We don't mind at all and we won't charge extra. Web hosting customers can rest assured that we are all about service. With our do-it-yourself site builder and our design services they can be up and running quickly. Our team can also transfer sites from other sources. There is also a forum and a wiki for additional help.
No claims of uptime here. Instead, we use an independent company to monitor our servers. They also notifies us if there is an outage.

Our data is backed up on a regular basis. The servers are maintained and updated on a weekly schedule. Recourses are monitored in order to maintain our systems and spot potential problems before they occur. There is real time virus protection installed on our servers. Security measures are always in place and monitored. Our servers use Intel dual Xeon processors, and Intel motherboards (for servers) as well as server software. We are always thinking of new ways to improve our service.
